Anthony Bianchi

Anthony Bianchi is an experienced leader in the creative recruitment and executive search industry, serving as CEO and Founder of BIANCHI&Co. since 2015. With a strong background in executive search, Anthony co-founded BOND Creative Search, where services catered to diverse industries such as design, fashion, and technology from 2010 to 2015. Previous roles include SVP of Executive Search & Recruitment at Janou Pakter Global Executive Search and a Technology Recruiter at Microsoft. Alongside professional endeavors, Anthony has volunteered since 2008 as a Lifeline Counselor for The Trevor Project, contributing to the organization's mission of preventing suicide among LGBTQ youth. Anthony holds a BS in Business Management and Art History from Santa Clara University and has pursued design coursework at Parsons School of Design.
