Jesse Medina

Jesse Medina demonstrates extensive experience in crisis management and support for the LGBTQ community, currently serving as the Manager of 988 Digital Operations at The Trevor Project since May 2020, overseeing a large team of Digital Supervisors and Crisis Workers. Previous roles include Training Associate and Training Coordinator at The Trevor Project, Linkage and Retention Coordinator at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, and Case Manager II at APAIT. Jesse has also held supervisory positions in retail and telecommunications, as well as serving in the U.S. Army with varied responsibilities. Academic credentials include ongoing graduate studies in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Urban Crime Policy, alongside previous degrees in Professional Studies and Administration of Justice.
