Michelle Jarmon, MSHRM, currently serves as Chief People Officer at The Trevor Project since January 2023, with previous roles including Acting Chief People Officer and Vice President of People Operations. Prior to this position, Michelle was Director of Employee Experience at Sameday Health and held various senior roles at Community.com and Namely, including Senior People Business Partner and People Operations Manager. The career began at Fab.com as a Payment & Fraud Specialist, followed by roles in customer care at BR Guest Hospitality and others. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre with an emphasis in Acting from Texas Christian University.
