Amanda Novak

Amanda began her career as an intern in Human Resources while obtaining her business management degree from West Chester University. After graduation, Amanda joined Tri-M as a full time Human Resources Administrator. She continued her studies and soon earned her master’s degree.

Early on Amanda demonstrated the drive and ability to be a strategic partner and was soon promoted to Human Resources Director. Amanda has served on the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors Apprenticeship Trust Board and is a Member of SHRM.
