Darren Gold

Darren Gold has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Darren is currently the CEO of The Trium Group, a management consulting firm. Darren previously held the position of Managing Partner at The Trium Group, where they worked with senior teams of leading companies to change the way business leaders think. Darren also served as a Board Member at Larson-Juhl, a Berkshire Hathaway company. Prior to that, they were the President & CEO of Heald College and later the President & CEO of Delta Career Education. During their time at Genstar Capital, Darren worked as a Managing Director and led investments in multiple middle-market companies across various industries. Darren also served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and worked as an Attorney at Irell & Manella. Darren Gold obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Michigan Law School, where they attended from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at UCLA from 1987 to 1992, majoring in Political Science and History.
