John Galvin

John Galvin has a diverse range of work experience in leadership coaching and consulting. John currently works as a Leadership Coach and Consultant at Triskelion Consulting, LLC where they lead global strategic initiatives and forms new teams and businesses. John is also a Faculty and Coach at Hudson Institute of Coaching, helping organizations and individuals reach their leadership potential. At AROSE Group, John serves as an Executive Coach, specializing in leadership development, talent assessment, and organizational transformation. John has also worked as an Executive Coach at The Trium Group, where they used coaching and neuroscience to generate sustainable change for leaders and teams. Additionally, John has experience as an Executive, Leadership and Team Coach at Wayfinders LLC, a Co-Elevation Coach at Ferrazzi Greenlight, and a Leadership Coach at GRI - Growth Resources Inc. Prior to their coaching career, John held various leadership positions at Intel Corporation, including Vice President and General Manager of Intel Public Sector and Intel's Education Group, as well as Director of Partner Marketing, Market Research, and the Intel Inside Program. Before joining Intel, they worked as a Marketing Manager for Internet Service Providers and in Channel Operations.

John Galvin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature from California State University, Long Beach, where they studied from 1979 to 1984. In 2017, they participated in the Executive Accelerator Program at Stanford University. In 2019, John became a Certified Coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching. John furthered their education in 2023 by obtaining a Global Individual Accreditation - Senior Practitioner degree in Executive Coaching from EMCC, as well as a Certified Team Performance Coach certification from Team Coaching International. In the same year, they also became a Certified TDS Foundational Practitioner in Team Effectiveness from 6 Team Conditions. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including a Certificate in Coaching Supervision from Crucial Difference, a GRI Assessment Certified Coach certification from GRI (Growth Resources & Indicators), a Hogan Certified certification from Hogan Assessment Systems, a Board Certified Coach (BCC) certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, a Senior Practitioner - Coach certification from EMCC Global, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation, and a Designing Your Life Certified Coach certification from Designing Your Life the Book.
