Karen also played a key role in the company's expansion into international markets, such as Quebec, Kuwait, and Dubai.

Prior to their role at Williams-Sonoma, Karen worked at Vangard Concept Offices as a Project Manager in Office Design from 2005 to 2006. Karen was responsible for managing office design and installation projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, and adherence to schedule.

Earlier in their career, Karen worked at Tiger Oak Publications as a Project Manager/Writer from 2003 to 2004, where they wrote and produced a monthly newsletter for Minnesota Bride magazine and coordinated various events in the meetings and events industry.

Karen's career began in 1998 when they founded The Wedding Coordinators, Inc. as a Wedding Planner. Karen successfully grew the business into the largest wedding planning enterprise in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, earning a reputation for excellence in wedding planning, logistics, troubleshooting, and creative distinction.
