Signy Wilson

Signy Wilson has a diverse work experience in executive coaching and leadership development. Signy is currently working at The Trium Group as a Leadership Facilitator & Executive Coach, where they use coaching, systems thinking, and neuroscience to drive rapid and sustainable change for leaders and teams. Signy also holds the position of Executive Coach at The RoundTable Institute and HAVEN | human asset ventures.

In the past, Signy has worked as a Faculty member at The Coaches Training Institute, delivering exceptional training experiences to both public groups and corporate clients. Signy also has experience as an Executive Coach at Signyficant Living, where they designed and facilitated workshops across various industries and provided coaching to professionals and senior leaders. In addition, they worked as a Strengths Coach at The Marcus Buckingham Company and as a Leadership and Organizational Development Advisor at Vancouver Coastal Health, where they fostered creativity, innovation, and culture shift within the organization.
