James Broom

James Broom is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic HR business partnering and recruitment. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at The Trussell Trust since November 2020, James oversees HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and the implementation of the People strategy across various directorates. Prior to this role, James served as an HR Business Partner at Euro Car Parts Ltd., managing HR functions for over 60 branches. Additional experience includes roles as a Retail Recruitment Partner at Screwfix, On-site Recruitment Manager at JAM Recruitment for GE Grid Solutions, and Business Support Manager at Detail2Group.
