Ashley Bearden

Ashley Bearden, SHRM-CP, is a Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR roles and a solid educational foundation. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at The Trust Company of Tennessee since April 2019, Ashley oversees payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, recruiting, and compensation. Additionally, Ashley holds the position of Website Chair for the East Tennessee Compensation & Benefits Association (ETCBA) since January 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Intern at the University of Tennessee, Emerald Youth Foundation, and Boys & Girls Club of the Tennessee Valley, where Ashley enhanced HR processes and implemented efficient filing systems. Ashley's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Pellissippi State Community College.
