Chad Schollaert

Chad Schollaert has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on retirement plans and wealth management. Chad began their career at SunTrust Bank in 1999 as an Assistant Record Keeper. Chad then joined First Union Securities as a Transfer Specialist, from March 1999 to February 2001. In 2002, they joined The Trust Company of Tennessee, starting in the back office before transitioning to enrolling clients' employees in 401k plans. Over time, Chad took on more 401k clients and became a Relationship Manager for retirement plans, providing assistance with plan design, investment lineup, participant advice, committee structure, fee benchmarking, participant outcomes, and financial wellness. Additionally, they also work with individual wealth management clients who are connected to the retirement plan clients served by The Trust Company of Tennessee. Since April 2020, Chad has held the position of Chief Development Officer at The Trust Company of Tennessee.

Chad Schollaert obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lee University, where they attended from 1995 to 1998. In addition, they obtained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) certification from fi360 in December 2010.
