Samuel Savin

Samuel Savin is an experienced professional in community empowerment and park equity, currently serving as the Associate Director of Technical Assistance and Park Equity Accelerator at the Trust for Public Land since June 2022. Prior roles include directing initiatives at High Lantern Group from October 2016 to May 2022 and working as a Policy Analyst at the Mayor's Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity. Samuel's experience also encompasses project coordination for the City of Baltimore, managing community assessments, and developing measurement systems for grant impact. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Goucher College, where education spanned from 2009 to 2013.
