Katy Mason, MBA, is an accomplished coach and consultant with extensive experience in personal, corporate, and executive coaching. As the owner of Anotherway since August 2013, Katy offers guidance to individuals seeking clarity and purpose in their lives. In addition to this role, Katy serves as an associate coach for The Trusted Executive Foundation, Full Potential Group, and Keepmoat Homes, while holding a senior consultant position at TSA Europe Ltd, a leader in Human Performance Management. Previous experience includes managing people performance at Tesco Mobile and Tesco Broadband, where Katy developed training programs to enhance customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Katy holds an MBA in Senior Leadership from the University of Central Lancashire, along with several coaching-related diplomas.
