The Tulane Hullabaloo
Ian Faul is currently serving as Editor in Chief at The Tulane Hullabaloo since September 2022, having progressed through various editorial roles including Section Editor, Associate Editor, and Staff Writer. As a Research Assistant at the Social Memory Lab since August 2023, Ian has focused on exploring the functional architecture of human social memory using MRI visualization software while actively participating in lab meetings and presentations. Ian also works as a Sales Associate for The Center for the Advancement of Languages, Education, and Communities, promoting bilingualism and facilitating partnerships with francophone organizations since July 2022. Previously, an Assistant Project Manager for the Consulate General of France during summer 2023, Ian supported cultural projects and language initiatives in Louisiana. Ian's early experience includes providing acting coaching as a Camp Counselor at St. Michael's Country Day School from July 2021 to August 2022. Educationally, Ian is pursuing studies at Tulane University from 2022 to 2026, having previously attended Benjamin Franklin High School and the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts.

The Tulane Hullabaloo
The Tulane Hullabaloo was established in 1902 as the eyes and ears of the Tulane and Uptown communities. The mission of the Tulane Hullabaloo is to provide the most accurate, thorough and engaging coverage of news, sports, multicultural issues, opinions, and entertainment. Our newspaper prides itself on being entirely student-run and independently funded through advertising revenue. The Hullabaloo is published every other Thursday of the academic year, excluding holidays and exam periods.
