Currently serving as HR & Training Manager at The Turmeric Co. since March 2023, Virginija has held various positions including HR & Training Officer and Admin & HR Officer. Prior to this, Virginija worked at ALLPRESS FARMS LIMITED as Site Trainer/HR Assistant from July 2021 to February 2023, and spent over 15 years at ALAN BARTLETT & SONS (CHATTERIS) LIMITED as Training Officer. Virginija holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, completed between 2000 and 2004.
