Charles Ritschard

Charles Ritschard is an experienced safety professional with a strong background in safety policy creation and implementation. Currently serving as the Director of Safety at The Tustin Group since September 2019, Charles oversees safety procedures at job sites throughout project lifecycles and holds certifications as an OSHA instructor for both 10-hour and 30-hour construction courses. Previously, Charles held the role of Director of Assets and Safety at Axcess Industries from February 2015 to September 2019, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Charles began a career in route sales at Good Potato Chips from October 2007 to February 2015. Charles also completed education at the Mid Atlantic OSHA Training Institute Education Center between 2015 and 2023.
