Cliff Graeff

Cliff Graeff is an experienced Project Manager at The Tustin Group, overseeing over $3 million in commercial HVAC projects since April 2015. With a strong background in team leadership, Cliff has effectively led teams of installers and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met. Prior to this role, Cliff held positions as a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician and Project Foreman, where responsibilities included supervising HVAC technicians and managing the installation of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial clients at Airhandlers Mechanical Services from November 2005 to April 2015.
