The Education Team at The UC Theatre is responsible for designing and implementing the Concert Career Pathways Education Program. They conduct workshops and coordinate paid internships that teach young people ages 17 to 25 the technical, creative, and business aspects of concert and event promotion. This team collaborates with local schools and non-profit organizations to provide hands-on learning and professional growth opportunities, focusing on serving underrepresented and underserved youth in the community.
