Lisa McManus is a qualified HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources and school management. Currently serving as the School Business Manager at The UCL Academy since March 2022, Lisa previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Wandle Learning Trust and HR & Payroll Manager at The UCL Academy, where responsibilities included managing payroll for over 180 employees. Starting in HR as an Assistant and quickly advancing to Officer, Lisa has built a solid background in human resources through positions at Oranmore Lodge Hotel, Musgrave, and Special Educational Needs. Lisa holds an Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD, along with qualifications in Employment Law and a degree in Social Science from University College Dublin.
