Anastasia Sazonova

Anastasia Sazonova currently serves as the Head of Delivery & Business Transformation Office at The Ultima World since March 2024, focusing on PMO leadership and operational excellence by establishing delivery processes, developing KPIs, and managing delivery teams. Previously, as Delivery Director at Dyninno Group from February 2023 to March 2024, Anastasia acted as a strategic advisor to the CHRO, established project methodologies, and championed operational efficiency. Prior experience at SAP spanned from July 2013 to December 2022, where roles included Principal Project Manager in the Strategic Customer Office and Senior Business Process Consultant, overseeing project performance, managing financial aspects, and improving organizational processes. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Consulting and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Higher School of Economics.
