Nicole C. currently holds the position of BCBA at The Uncommon Thread since January 2022 and also serves as a BCBA at Behavior Therapy Associates since September 2022. Prior experience includes a BCBA role at Hybridge Learning Group from December 2018 to August 2023 and serving as a Special Education Teacher/Case Manager/Supervisor at the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey from September 2015 to February 2022. Additionally, Nicole C. worked as a Special Education Teacher at the Metuchen Board Of Education from September 2013 to August 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Special Education from Kean University and a Certificate in Behavioral Intervention in Autism from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, alongside an undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey.

The Uncommon Thread (TUT) is a nonprofit organization committed to advancing the lives of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). TUT provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and services in-center, in-home, in-public schools, in-private schools and in the community.
