Tim Brendley

Tim Brendley, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tim started their career as a Reconciliation Clerk at AG Edwards & Sons in 1996. Following this, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Humes & Barrington, LLP from 1999 to 2001. Tim then joined Anders Minkler & Diehl, LLP as a Supervisor from 2001 to 2008. Tim then served as the Controller/Corporate Officer at Central States Bus Sales, Inc, a private equity-owned bus distributor, from 2008 to 2011. Tim further advanced their career as the Controller at Affton Terminal Services from 2011 to 2014, where they transformed and automated the accounting and reporting process. Currently, Tim is the CFO of The Unico System, a family-owned HVAC manufacturer based in St. Louis, Missouri, since December 2014. Tim has gained extensive experience in financial management, compliance with GAAP, and process improvement throughout their career.

Tim Brendley, CPA, completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Webster University, where they attended from 1996 to 1999.
