Rick comes to Diamond Data Systems with over 20 years of experience in IT-working with the Helpdesk, Desktop Support and Application Support. His certifications include Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCP, Comptia A+, and Comptia Network+.

Rick loves the multiple subject matter experts on hand at DDS, and the teamwork demonstrated from the President down to the Technical Support staff.
