Rebecka Hornburg

Rebecka Hornburg is a Senior Manager of Organizational Development and Strategic Initiatives at The United Church of Canada since November 2017, where responsibilities include implementing data-driven decision-making and legal negotiations. Prior roles include Manager of Organizational Development and Strategy, and Manager of Resource Sales and Operations at the same organization, where Rebecka achieved profitability for the bookstore and led operational audits. Previous experience includes Business Development Executive at Distribution360, Strategic Business Planning & Development at Metrolinx, and various consultancy roles. Rebecka holds an MSc in General Management from the Stockholm School of Economics and a BSc in International Relations from the University of Gothenburg, along with additional educational pursuits at the University of Toronto and the University of Geneva.
