Francine Bass

Francine Bass has an extensive work history in the real estate and senior living industries. Francine started in 2009 as a Community Manager & Greystar Transitional Associate at Greystar, where they excelled in acquisitions, due diligence assignments, and organizing corporate events. In 2013, they moved on to The Altman Companies as the Director of Associate Development, where they revamped best practices, training programs, and auditing protocols, resulting in a significant reduction in associate turnover. Francine then joined Allegro Senior Living, LLC in 2018 as Assistant Vice President of Sales and Marketing, overseeing the launch and development of senior communities. Presently, Francine holds the position of Vice President of Sales at United Group, where they oversee a substantial portfolio across 11 markets nationally, collaborates with operators and investors, and utilizes industry-standard software for data analysis and strategizing.

Francine Bass earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they are a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.
