Hilary Wandall is the Director at The United States Information Technology Office. Hilary was previously the SVP, Privacy Intelligence and General Counsel at Dun & Bradstreet from August 2016 to June 2021. There, they led the company’s privacy intelligence strategy and the product efforts for content and regulatory data-driven solutions. Hilary also created and developed the vision for PrivacyCentral, the first data intelligence solution for end-to-end privacy management, and Risk Profile, an intelligence-powered enterprise, privacy, and vendor risk management solution.
Wandall has also served as the Associate Vice President, Compliance & Chief Privacy Officer at Merck from December 1993 to August 2016. In this role, they led the company’s compliance and privacy program and was responsible for developing and implementing global privacy policies and procedures. Hilary also oversaw Merck’s compliance with US and EU privacy laws and regulations.
Hilary Wandall has a Master of Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, as well as an MBA in Legal Studies and a JD from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law. Hilary also has a BS in Biology from Moravian University, and is certified by the AIPMM in Agile Certified Product Manager Product Owner. Hilary is also certified by the IAPP in Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) and CIPM.
