Paul Schroeder

Paul Schroeder is an experienced project manager with a strong background in affordable housing development. Currently employed at The Unity Council since October 2022, Paul manages the development of various housing projects and community spaces in Oakland. Prior to this, Paul served as Assistant Project Manager at the Santa Clara County Housing Authority from January 2020 to July 2022, assisting with construction coordination, financial deadlines, and communications with consultants. As a Project Assistant at Mercy Housing from August 2018 to January 2020, responsibilities included completing funding applications and facilitating project completion across the Bay Area. Earlier experience as an Associate at Exponent involved managing electric utility projects, monitoring costs, and assisting with recruiting. Paul holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, and attended Boise State University from 2010 to 2012.
