Allison M. Curington

Allison M. Curington, LCSW, ACC, currently serves as the Director of Faculty Development and the Director of Field Education at The University of Alabama since August 2012. Previously, Allison worked as a Contract Therapist at Pinnacle Counseling Services from May 2008 to June 2012 and held the position of Director of Field Education at Valdosta State University from January 2002 to June 2012. Allison earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Valdosta State University (1997-1999) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Wesleyan College (1993-1997). Additionally, Allison is a certified life coach through Life Purpose Institute Inc.
