Anita Sears has extensive experience in design and production, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Design/Production at the University of Alabama since 2007, managing over 800 projects annually and overseeing a team of five designers. Prior to this role, Anita worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at Movie Gallery's Corporate HQ from 2004 to 2007, where responsibilities included designing marketing materials for various brands. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Graphic Designer at Day and Associates, Inc., where major clients included renowned brands such as Coke and Universal Studios. Anita began her career as a Graphic Designer for The Tuscaloosa News, focusing on advertising layout and design. Educationally, Anita holds a B.A. in Communication and a B.S. in Education from the University of Alabama.
