David Neder

David Neder has extensive experience in event and facility operations within the sports industry, currently serving as the Assistant Athletic Director at The University of Alabama since August 2013. David's career has included progressive leadership roles in event management at the university, as well as volunteer involvement in the Southeastern Conference Women's Basketball Tournament from 2014 to 2018. Prior to this, David gained valuable experience through an internship at the Tuscaloosa Tourism and Sports Commission, where responsibilities included organizing significant sporting events. Additionally, David served as the Sports and Family Director for YMCA of San Diego County, managing programs for over 2,800 participants and overseeing staff and budgets. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Sports Management from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Education in Sports Studies from The University of Georgia.
