Katy Metcalfe

Katy Metcalfe, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Financial Affairs for Enrollment Management at The University of Alabama since July 2021. Prior to this role, Metcalfe held various positions at the City of Tuscaloosa from January 2015 to July 2021, including Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Director of Budgets and Strategic Planning, and Internal Auditor. Earlier career experience includes working as a Staff Accountant II at T.E. Lott & Company and as an Assurance Associate at BDO USA, LLP. Metcalfe began professional experience as an Accounting Intern at the College of Community Health Sciences, University of Alabama School of Medicine, and also worked as Manager on Duty at Alabama Outdoors (SMAO, LLC). Metcalfe holds a Master of Accountancy degree and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Business Administration, both from The University of Alabama.
