Ashley Kurtz

Ashley Kurtz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, specializing in talent development and engagement strategies across various educational institutions. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Learning and Development at the University of Arizona, Ashley strategically leads enterprise learning services for 14,000 employees and spearheads initiatives to enhance learning culture. Previous roles include Learning and Development Manager at the University of Arizona, where Ashley implemented a new enterprise LMS for 86,000 users, and Assistant Director of Learning Communities at Syracuse University, focusing on staff and faculty training. Additional experience includes leadership positions at the University of Louisville and SUNY Potsdam, as well as serving as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, guiding individuals and organizations towards greater success through strengths-based development.
