Ben Sieke

Ben Sieke is the Director of Talent Development and Learning at Delta Dental Ins., leading a national team in transforming the organization's culture of learning. Key accomplishments include centralizing the learning function, introducing a new leadership development framework, and achieving significant improvements in learner experience and utilization of learning resources. Previously, Ben served as Director of Human Resources at Guitar Center, where responsibilities included strategic partnership and managing talent development initiatives. Additional experience encompasses roles at MUFG Americas and Weight Watchers in talent development and training capacities. Ben holds a Bachelor of Music from California State University, Long Beach, and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The Chicago School.
