Chris Johnson

Chris Johnson is an experienced professional in educational technology, currently serving as an Assistant Professor, Emeritus at the University of Arizona since May 2021. Johnson is also a Core Team Member at FLEXspace.org and has been involved with ISTE since September 2014 as the Founder and Leadership team member of the Personal Learning Network on Learning Space. Previous roles include Assistant Professor at the College of Applied Science and Technology at the University of Arizona, Chair of Advocacy and Public Policy for the Arizona Technology in Education Association, and various positions at The University of Arizona South, including Faculty Lead for Second Life Implementation. Johnson holds a Ph.D. in Secondary Education from the University of Arizona, earned between 1983 and 1987.
