David Elmer

David Elmer is an accomplished finance and administrative leader with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President for Finance and Administration at the University of Arizona Health Sciences since June 2009, David also holds the position of Deputy Dean for Finance and Business Affairs at the College of Medicine. Prior to this, David worked at Emory University from 2004 to 2009 as a Department Administrator in Family and Preventive Medicine. David earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Emory University.
