Marie-Chantale Maltais

Marie-Chantale Maltais M.S. currently serves as the Executive Director of Internal Communications at the University of Arizona, where responsibilities include directing internal communication strategy for over 15,000 employees and managing all institutional communications to enhance cultural evolution and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Marie-Chantale built and led the Campus Communications & Publications team for the Office of Senior Vice President of Health Sciences at the University of Arizona, and held various senior communications positions at BMO Financial Group, Target, TELUS, and Bell Canada, where Marie-Chantale focused on strategic internal communications, employee engagement, and corporate messaging. Marie-Chantale holds a Master's degree in Organizational Communication from Université de Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in French & Quebec Literature from Université Laval.
