Diane Jackson

Diane Jackson currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at the University of Buckingham, where accomplishments include designing a comprehensive 2-year HR strategy focused on effective staff management and exploring AI applications to enhance various HR processes. Previously, Diane held the position of Head of Human Resources at both Jupiter Hotels Limited, where collaboration with senior management led to the development of a people strategy for 1,750 employees across multiple locations, and Jarvis Hotels Limited as a Regional HR Manager, responsible for recruitment and employee relations. Diane holds an MA in Human Resource Management from Buckinghamshire New University.
