Alana Friedlander, PsyD, currently serves as a Clinical Health Psychology Fellow at UChicago Medicine, focusing on psychogastroenterology and sexual medicine. With experience as a Behavioral Health Consultant and Clinical Psychologist at Community Health of Central Washington, Alana provided behavioral health consultations and training for medical staff across various clinics. An Adjunct Professor at Roosevelt University, Alana taught courses on the Psychology of Gender and Racism. Previous externships included advanced clinical health psychology roles at UChicago Medicine and neuropsychology at The Family Institute at Northwestern University. Alana holds a Doctorate and Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Bucknell University.
