Amy Ross has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and consulting industries. Amy currently holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at UChicago Medicine, where they have been since 2017. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Service Lines at UChicago Medicine and as the Vice President of Strategic Planning. Before joining UChicago Medicine, Amy worked as an Assistant Vice President at NorthShore University HealthSystem. Amy also has experience working at The Chartis Group as an Engagement Manager and Consultant. Amy began their career at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where they held various roles including Operations Manager and Project Manager at the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute. Amy also worked at Deloitte as a Manager and Senior Consultant, and at the University of Chicago Hospitals as an Administrator in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Amy Ross received a B.A. in Biology from the College of Saint Benedict. Amy then pursued a Master of Healthcare Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
