Brooke Schweitzer

Brooke Schweitzer, DMSc, MSPA, PA-C, FACHE, serves as the Executive Director of Advanced Practice Providers at UChicago Medicine since 2023 and is an adjunct professor at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, teaching doctorate-level healthcare administration classes. With extensive experience in healthcare leadership, Brooke has held positions such as Director of Advanced Practice at Ascension and Medical Director at MD Anderson Cancer Center, overseeing multiple surgical departments. Active in professional organizations, Brooke contributes as a trustee for the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and as a delegate for the American Academy of Physician Assistants House of Delegates. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Lynchburg and a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Des Moines University, among other degrees.
