Dr. Alesia C.

Dr. Alesia C. has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Dr. Alesia currently holds the position of Vice President, Adult Inpatient & Emergency Services, ACNO at UChicago Medicine. Prior to this, they were an Adjunct Nursing Professor at Saint Xavier University. Dr. Alesia also served as Associate CNO/Executive Director, Adult Inpatient Hospitals at The University of Chicago Medicine and Nurse Executive at Cook County Health and Hospitals System. Dr. Alesia C. also worked at the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs as VP Patient Care/Chief Nursing Officer.

Dr. Alesia C. holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Nursing Administration from The University of Alabama, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Nursing from Saint Xavier University in 2000 and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing Administration from the same institution in 1991. Dr. Alesia C. also has additional certifications, including being a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) from the American College of Healthcare Executives and a Nurse Executive, Advanced from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
