Matthew Blackburn

Matthew Blackburn is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in data center operations and IT service management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Service and Datacenter Operations at UChicago Medicine, Matthew is responsible for overseeing IT Service Desk, Datacenter Operations, and Major Incident Teams, managing three datacenters and over 100 IT spaces. Previous roles at UBS Investment Bank and Perot Systems involved significant responsibilities in service delivery, data center management, and technical support, showcasing Matthew's ability to lead teams and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
