Nicole Fountain

Vice President Revenue Cycle at The University of Chicago Medical Center

Nicole Fountain has a diverse work experience. Nicole started their career in 2001 as a Licensed Insurance Producer at Linda Doornbos State Farm Insurance Agency. Nicole then worked as an Instructor at Lampang College of Commerce and Technology from 2004 to 2005. From 2006 to 2006, they served as the Curriculum Director and Instructor at HatYai International School. In 2004, Nicole joined OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center and held various roles including Registrar, Revenue Cycle Project Manager, and eventually became the Director of Revenue Cycle. In 2016, they joined UChicago Medicine as the Executive Director of Patient Access and Revenue Integrity, and later served as the Interim Vice President and Executive Director of Revenue Cycle. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Revenue Cycle at UChicago Medicine.

Nicole Fountain obtained a B.A. in English and Spanish from Millikin University in 2004. In 2007, they pursued further education by completing an Ed.M. in Global Human Resource Development at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In 2003, they engaged in TEFL and Spanish studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. Prior to their university education, Nicole Fountain attended North Boone High School from 1996 to 2000.
