Phillip Lee

Phillip Lee, M.Ed., MSW, LCSW, is an experienced mental health professional and educator currently serving as the Owner of Empathetic Artisans Therapy Group since April 2024. Phillip also works as a Social Worker II in the Pediatrics/Adult ER at UChicago Medicine since May 2022 and has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Elmhurst College since February 2014. Previous roles include being a Fellow at Pivot Collaborative, an Adolescent Family Therapist at Compass Health Center, and a 6th Grade Social Worker at Chicago Jesuit Academy. Additionally, Phillip has held managerial and youth care positions at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University (in progress), a Master of Social Work from Simmons University, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University-Portland, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Elmhurst University.
