Fabiola Delgado

Fabiola Delgado is currently the Chief of Staff at The University of Chicago. Prior to this, they were a Senior Director at Aon Hewitt Consulting, and before that, they were a Director at Abbott. Fabiola has also held the position of AVP for Finance & Chief of Staff at The University of Chicago - National Laboratories, Science Strategy, Innovation & Global Initiatives. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the University's financial planning and analysis efforts, as well as providing strategic direction and oversight for the University's $8 billion annual budget.

Fabiola Delgado has a Master’s Degree from the University of Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Fabiola specializes in accounting and finance, and they received their certification from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.

They work with Laurence Hill - Senior Associate VP for Strategic Initiatives, Tracey Quinn - Associate VP for National Laboratories. Fabiola Delgado reports to Juan De Pablo, EVP, Science, Innovation, National Laboratories & Global Initiatives.
