John M. Cunningham serves as the George M. Before joining the University of Chicago, John worked at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as an Associate Member, emphasizing transcriptional control of hematopoiesis and allogeneic transplantation for genetic diseases, and served as a Fogarty Fellow at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. Education includes a Master of Science in Biochemistry from King's College London and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from University College Dublin.
