Katherine Ritchey

Katherine Ritchey is currently the Senior Director of Internal Communications at The University of Chicago. Prior to their current role, Katherine was the Employee Engagement Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton and a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Katherine has also worked as the Communications Manager at Pew Research Center where they were responsible for leading stakeholder engagement and media relations for the organization. In their previous role at Frito-Lay, Katherine was the Senior Director of Strategic Communications. Katherine has over 15 years of experience in communications and engagement and is a trusted leader in the field.

Katherine Ritchey has a Bachelor of Science in journalism, communications, and political science from Northwestern University. Katherine is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Journalism at the same school.
