Kim Taylor

Kim Taylor is currently the VP and General Counsel at The University of Chicago. Prior to their current position, Ms. Taylor was a partner at Hilton & Bishop, P.C. from January 2012 to December 2014. At Hilton & Bishop, Ms. Taylor's private practice notably included advice on all aspects of public and private company transactions, including related financing vehicles.

Ms. Taylor was previously a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from January 1993 to December 2011. During their time at Kirkland & Ellis, Ms. Taylor was an equity partner from 2003-2011 and also served as the NY Hiring Partner.

Kim Taylor attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Kim'story. Kim then attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where they earned a J.D., cum laude.
