David Borgman

David Borgman serves as the Director of Outpatient Rehab at Promedica Health System. In addition, David has been an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Allied Health Physical Therapy at The University of Findlay since January 1994, focusing on courses such as Musculoskeletal I, II, III, Electrotherapy, and Health Systems in the Weekend College format. David's previous experience includes serving as a Senior Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer at St. Rita's Medical Center from June 1986 to July 1993. David holds multiple degrees from The University of Toledo, including an EMBA in Business Administration, a BS in Physical Therapy, and a BEd in Athletic Training and Physical Education K-12, as well as an MS in Rehab Sciences from the Medical University of Ohio at Toledo.
