Farhan Ahmad

Farhan Ahmad, PhD, is a Senior Cyber Security Engineer at Volta Trucks since December 2022. Previously, Farhan served as an Assistant Professor at Coventry University from October 2020 to November 2022, as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Derby from August 2018 to September 2020, and as a Post Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Derby from December 2014 to November 2017. Farhan's earlier experience includes working as a Student Assistant at Fraunhofer IWES, where responsibilities included data analysis of wind energy and GUI programming of motion sensors. Farhan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science with a focus on Vehicular Networks from the University of Derby, a Master of Science in Communication and Information Technology from the University of Bremen, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology.
